Hi, you may remember I reached out because my horse would not eat the supplement. You encouraged me to just give her a grain or two of the supplement, starting that small, to try to get her used to it. I did experiment with amounts and also which grains I was giving it to her in. I found something that she just can’t resist, lol! And I’m now up to about a 1/4-1/3 of the scoop included in the supplement. I feel this is a real win with her, she has literally never refused any food whatsoever so I knew she didn’t like it, but she will eat it mixed in with a handful of the grain and a couple squirts of Camelina oi, and as an added bonus, and more to the point here, the fecal water syndrome seems to have completely ceased. I will keep you posted, but even on this still-small amount of supplement, and only giving once per day, she seems more comfortable and a bit happier overall. It could be the addition of grain, which I have literally never given her before because she can get a little spicy.
